Indapur Taluka Gramvikas Pratishthan is established in the year 1979 to impart value based education and to provide education to the socially, economically and educationally weaker sections of society under the dynamic leadership of Late Vishwasrao Ransing (ExPresident of Indapur Panchayat Samiti, Indapur) with a gentle and firm support of Founder Secretary Late Shri. Annasaheb Hegade (Ex- Member of Indapur Panchayat Samiti, Indapur). It played a pivotal role in propagating quality and empowering youths. It creates social, political and cultural awareness through education. Based on the motto तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय envisaged by the visionaries who then established the ITGP, the entire functioning of the Pratishthan rests on the vision and mission in both letter and spirit. It has grown from a humble beginning to a glorious destination today in its 46th year of establishment and is aiming to scale greater heights in the fields of education, research, culture, sports and social activities. The Pratishthan has made remarkable achievements in all the academic and social fields. Since 2014, Smt. Anandibai V. Ransing is efficiently managing the Pratishthan.
