HB Check-up Camps for girls and staff
On 9th January, on the occasion of birthday of the secretary of Pratishthan Hon. Mr. Virsinh Ransing the Pratishthan organises HB Check-up camps for girls and staff in collaboration with the Primary Health Centres, Lasurne and Nirwangi. It aims to create awareness about anaemia in girl students and staff for their health betterment. The outcome of the camp is to identify girl students with low haemoglobin values and emphasize the importance of prophylaxis in the prevention of anemia. The individual report of HB content is given within week. Some of the girls with low HB are intimated with their parents to take measures to increase HB content and seek doctors’ help.
